How pricing works

We quote every stay directly — no rate card online, no surprises on arrival.
Why we don't post a rate card
Because every stay is different — and rate cards don't tell the truth.
so we'd rather talk.
A long contractor rotation is not the same booking as a family weekend or a field team stay. Send the dates, number of guests and requirements so the written quote can state the allocated accommodation, price, inclusions, payment terms and cancellation terms.

We quote directly
The written quote should itemise the accommodation, length, inclusions and optional services. Ask about anything that is not explicit before paying.

A deposit secures it
The written quote states the deposit, balance timing and accepted payment methods for your stay. Contracts and POs for project teams are handled separately.
