A booking is confirmed only when Kudu Rest Camp has issued written confirmation and the payment conditions stated in that confirmation have been met. Do not send money using banking details from an unverified message.

A camp like ours runs on trust — these are the few simple things we ask of each other.
Check-in & check-out
The currently published times are check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00. Confirm the arrival procedure and any exception in writing before travel.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation, amendment, refund and no-show terms must be included in the written quote or booking confirmation. Ask for them before paying; this web page does not create a separate cancellation promise.
Children & families
Children are welcome subject to the capacity of the confirmed accommodation. A responsible adult must supervise children around water, fires, roads and wildlife at all times.
Pets
Visiting pets are not permitted unless the camp gives explicit written approval for the specific booking. Do not arrive with an animal based on an informal assumption.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside accommodation or shared indoor areas. Outdoor smoking is subject to the designated-area and fire-safety instructions given on site.
Fires & braais
Use only the braai or fire area assigned by the camp. Fire restrictions and weather conditions can change; staff instructions override normal use at all times.
Quiet hours & music
Keep noise and music low enough not to disturb other guests. Follow any quiet hours stated in the written booking information or communicated on site.
Hunting & firearms
Hunting and firearms require prior written arrangement and full compliance with all applicable national and provincial law, permits, seasons, transport and storage rules. Accommodation booking alone never authorises hunting or firearm use.
Damage & loss
Guests are responsible for deliberate or negligent damage, subject to the terms in the written booking agreement and applicable law. Report damage or safety issues promptly.
Payment methods
The accepted payment method and due dates are those stated in the written quote or invoice. Verify the recipient and banking details through a known camp contact before making an EFT.
Privacy & data
We use your contact details only to confirm and run your stay. We do not sell, share, or rent any guest information. See our privacy notice for the full POPIA-aligned statement.
